My first BEST TACO in Southern California is the taco de Tripa Here at Tacos Los Cholos in Anaheim CA they make them to perfection. They use tripas de leche, washed clean and cooked on the grill, sprinkled some sea salt & enjoy! I invited my good friend, restaurateur and Iron Chef Judge, Jeffery Merrihue on this adventure and boy did he love them! Tripas where soft in the inside & crunchy on the outside with a delicious smokey flavor, add some onions, cilantro, lemon and you have the best taco de tripa in SoCal. The owners started off by grilling up their tacos in front of their house and gained a big following. They turned their passion into a brick and mortar restaurant and continue to grow.
